Leave your cans at the curb on your scheduled trash day. After your hauler empties them, we clean them on-site and set them back where they were.

No. As long as your cans are at the curb and we can get to them, we'll take care of it.

Monthly works best for most homes, especially in Durham's hot, humid summers when odors build fast. Quarterly works well if your cans stay covered or you don't throw out much wet trash.

We'll do our best to reach you. If we can't get to your cans on your scheduled day, we'll work with you to reschedule.

Light rain usually isn't a problem. If it's bad enough that we can't work safely, we'll let you know and get you on the next available day.
